Course Description

This course is through correspondence ONLY and the requirement is that students are native speakers of Samoan.
This Samoan course helps ākonga develop their reading, writing, listening and speaking skills through a range of topics such as family, home life and, celebrations. The course is structured to allow flexibility in terms of the order in which topics are studied and also includes an open-ended topic that enables ākonga to investigate an area of their own interest.
Delivery Modes: This course is accessed through the online learning environment, My Te Kura. Ākonga will be required to make and submit audio and/or video recordings, so a microphone and camera or mobile device are essential.
You will need to have a conversation with Mrs Hamling before you are approved to do this course.
What should I have already done?
Year 10 Samoan equivalent, and have a Samoan language background.

No cost if certain criteria met, otherwise there will be a cost to the student.
