Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mrs A. Barwick.

This course will offer you the opportunity to experience and participate in a wide range of physical activities, in a variety of contexts. You will study how the body moves and responds to physical activity including anatomy, exercise physiology and biomechanical principles. Through participating in physical activity you will develop your interpersonal skills. This course also aims to equip you with the necessary skills to maintain and develop your personal wellbeing, both now and in the future.

This course follows on from 10PEH.
