Te Whare Poutama

Following entry assessment and information from feeder schools, students that may require extra support are identified and individual support can be provided through a range of targeted strategies. Learning Coaches support in class and provide 1:1 or groups to support identified students. Students are referred by Deans and teachers to Te Whare Poutama for assessment and if applicable, development of an educational plan. Any changes are timetabled and parents are informed.
