Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mrs N. Ward.

You will read and make sense of a variety of written texts to extend your literacy skills.  You will also write for different purposes and audiences, making appropriate language choices and using writing conventions (such as spelling, punctuation and grammar) accurately.


Where does it lead?  11ENS leads into L2ENS and develops the literacy skills needed for careers involving visual or spoken communication.

What should I have already done?

Students placed in this course will be reading and writing at curriculum levels 3-4 at the end of Year 10.
